PREMISE: Debbie is a magical seamstress with a dry cleaning shop on Battery Street in San Francisco, CA. She loves to make her customers dreams come true with her magical powers. Debbie can be a bit cheeky though, so her customers don’t always get what they thought they were asking for. Instead, Debbie gives them what they truly need. (Trust her - she has a sixth sense for these things!)
